2. Are Elore fabrics safe for kids and sensitive skin?
Yes! All Elore fabrics are hypoallergenic and azo-free, meaning they are safe for delicate and sensitive skin — perfect for babies and kids.
3. How are your prints designed?
Our quilts and comforters feature high-quality printing for bright, fade-resistant designs that stay beautiful after many washes.
4. Will the colors fade over time?
No — our fabrics are colorfast and wash-safe. For best results, we recommend washing in cold water and avoiding bleach or harsh detergents.
5. How do I care for my Elore Quilt?
Machine wash gently in cold water, tumble dry on low heat, and avoid ironing directly on printed areas. Always store your bedding in a dry, clean place.
6. Are Elore products made in Pakistan?
Yes, proudly! All Elore products are made in Pakistan with expert craftsmanship and strict quality control.
7. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collections on Elore.pk, add your favorite items to cart, and proceed to checkout. You can also contact us directly via WhatsApp for assistance.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash. Prepaid orders are processed faster.
9. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery within Faisalabad takes 1–3 business days. For other major cities, expect 3–7 business days. Remote areas may take up to 10 days.
10. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available on orders above PKR 4,999. A standard delivery fee of PKR 200 applies for smaller orders.
11. Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely! We offer a same-day or with in 7-days return and exchange policy for unused items in original packaging. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
12. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund as needed.
13. Do you ship internationally?

14. What if I enter the wrong address?
Please inform us within 6 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed, and re-delivery charges may apply.
